Subscriber indemnifies JSexNetwork against any and all claims, and will not hold JSexNetwork responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise as a result of fraudulent entry or the use of this service and material contained herein.

JSexNetwork is not and will not be responsible for compatability of online content with the Subscriber particular computer or entertainment system; interruptions or discontinuances of services; causes intentionally by JSexNetwork, including periodical system hardware and software upgrades, system reconfiguration, or by factors beyond its control; including, but not limited to equipment failure, delays, system administration conflicts, negligence, strikes, or acts of nature or god.
